What data we collect
- Contact form and email: name, company, email address, phone number and the content of the message you choose to send us.
- Appointment booking: if you book through Google Calendar, the details you enter there are processed by Google and passed to us to arrange the meeting.
- Technical data: when you visit, the hosting provider automatically logs your IP address, browser type and time of access for security and to keep the site running properly.
We do not use tracking analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts and all files are served from our own domain.
Purpose and legal basis
- Answering your enquiry and preparing a quote – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract) and your consent, Art. 6(1)(a).
- Website security and operation – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
- Performing contracts and legal obligations (e.g. invoicing) – Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
How long we keep data
Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. Business records are kept for the periods required by tax and accounting regulations.
Recipients and processors
- Netlify, Inc. – website hosting and receiving contact-form messages;
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Workspace) – business email and the appointment-booking calendar.
We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. Some providers may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time. Send requests to ivanmarusic@dalmatia-ai.hr.
